Spacious 3 bedroom House with screen porch .6 mile from downtown Southport, NC

We were so happy with our stay! The house is charming and clean and well furnished. We loved sitting on the front and back porches too. Don was a great host as well. Location is ideal to Southport and the ferry docks. Hope we can return soon!

The home was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for an extended stay. The screened porch was a treat on warmer days. We even used the gas grill once. We appreciated the location and walked a few miles each day around town. Southport is beautiful. The king bed is due for a mattress replacement. We felt that more attention to cleaning around the refrigerator and in the laundry room was needed, but otherwise was great!Don was very responsive on our arrival during the snowstorm, and even offered a free extra day if we could get there ahead of it. We could not, but that was very thoughtful. A thorough list for checkout was provided. I would definitely recommend this property.

Loved the house and the location!! The house was very comfortable and clean and had everything one would need. Great space in the house. It was perfect. The location was perfect too. Super close to the downtown area of Southport and to the ferry to go over to Bald Head Island. We loved the boutique shopping in Southport and the restaurants along the waterfront. The hosts were great and quick to respond with the booking and information about the place. We would definitely recommend this house!

This property is impeccably neat and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable, living room cozy, and kitchen lovely to cook in. The location is great – close to the ferry to bald head Island and also close to downtown Southport and the water. We recommend this place highly!

Very clean, well equipped, cozy with plenty of space for everyone. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the screened in porch, so we’d like to stay here again when we visit during warmer weather.

Great property. Very clean and close to downtown Southport. In town for a family wedding. Luckily Hurricane Debby moved out before we arrived so we were able to enjoy Southport.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of minutes from downtown Southport. The screened porch on the rear of the house is a haven of quiet. The entire house is well-appointed. We experienced nothing but a great, relaxing time with our entire family. We hated to pack up and leave.
