Spacious 3 Bedroom House with Private Pool

spacious, beautiful pool. no soap, no extra garbage bags, no extra toilet paper, ran out of gas in the middle of the barbecue,

This was a great house to stay in. However, the third bedroom does not have access to a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are ensuites, which are really nice but people in the third bedroom have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access a bathroom.

Property well-kept, nice neighborhood, extremely clean, enjoyable and easy, host accessible was responsive

Floors were filthy, stains on outdoor furniture, stains on couch, cigarette butts on patio floor. Owner was super easy to contact & attended to any issues we had immediately. The cleaner did come the next morning after we checked in and attended any issues we had but it would’ve been nice to have everything cleaned prior to our arrival. Check in process was smooth. I ended up losing my phone on vacation so I had no way of contacting the owner, we went off the “welcome binder” as reference for check out process. The binder in the house is misleading, the binder states check out is at 11am but cleaners came in at 10am and began cleaning while we were still there.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and unexpectedly had to watch our grandson. The house surprisingly had a pack and play with premium mattress and the toilet had a built in kid seat which was so cool! The house was so clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Due to weather we did not get the chance to enjoy the pool, but it was clean and very inviting. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable too.

My family and I fell in love with the property, it was really homie. We had a lot of fun in the property in our family vacation, definitely will come back in the future

We had a team stay there for a work trip and they said the house was very clean and the owner left great instructions.

Clean, modern and not far from beaches

Our family had a wonderful experience at Kentucky Blue! Great house, close to restaurants, shopping and only a short hop to the beach. Having the pool was an added plus. The owner was great, very responsive and committed to his guests!

Fantastic place to stay with 2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 6. Home is clean and open but cozy — with all the essentials. Kids loved the saltwater pool and all the fun toys. Owner was incredibly responsive! Would recommend/stay again.

Very nice open kitchen and living space. Pool and deck area along with the patio furniture was spacious too. No common bathroom. Bathrooms are in the two bedrooms which was annoying. Bonita beach is just down the road and is very nice. Great area to stay in southwest Florida. Host was very helpful when needed.
