Spacious 3 Bedroom Home - Sleeps 12

Beautiful, specious and clean house. Exceeded our expectations

This was a very pleasant place to stay. We only stayed for the night to catch the plane in the morning. It has the amenities that you would need. It was wonderful to see toys for the baby and a place for her to have her own bed.

We had family stay there for 2 days before we left for our cruise to Alaska. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room. Easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants. We went to the Anchorage Zoo. Highly recommend it. I would stay there again. One small negative. The ceiling fans are very dusty! Otherwise great!

Communication was easily accessible. Place is beautiful and accommodated the 8 of us nicely . Surroundings are quiet and beautiful . Going places is easy with uber and not expensive. Walking can happen on the trails and sidewalks in and out of downtown.

We had booked this property for a group of friends coming together for our friend of over 35 year, as they celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the living room space for us to all catch up.The location and the hot tub were perfect and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with the WiFi but the property manager helped us fix the issue right away.A few things that need attention:We thought it odd the one king bed was not in the room with the attached bathroom. The property has a lack of kitchen supplies, no wine opener, saran wrap/foil as well as some other basics most rental properties offer. The property does need a bit of a hug, tape on the floor, holes on couch, and very badly stained staircase.I would still book this property.

We really enjoyed staying at the house, the space was just right for each of us to have separate space, but also plenty of room for all of us to gather. We didn’t use the hot tub, so we can’t comment on it. We made extensive use of the kitchen, but we missed having a few cooking gadgets (large spoon, ladle, kitchen towels, tongs, etc.) We also appreciated that the house was adequately warm and comfortable.

The kitchen was not fully equipped. It was missing a few essential items like a spatula, can opener, etc. The house was clearly not fully ready for 12 guests as we had to ask for more towels and things like silverware and bowls etc were good for a smaller group of 8-10. The house needs some cosmetic repairs, but overall it was the right amout of space for our group of 12 and it was clean. Hosts were responsive and got us what we needed in a timely manner. Hottub is small for a listing that sleeps 12, but it was clean and in good working order. Overall the stay was good!

The location of the property was perfect, it was easy to get to, close to the airport, in a good neighborhood and a good central location to get around Anchorage and nearby cities. The house was spacious and had a very comfortable feeling.

Great location. Hot tub was great & clean. Kitchen worked, appreciated the kcups. Host kept the driveway clean of snow.

Plenty of towels, very clean, beautiful kitchen, great quiet neighborhood with convenient location - close to shopping.

Great quiet neighborhood!

This was a perfect place for us to stay as we were a mixed group of all family members men and women here in Alaska to meet a legal challenge. The house provided a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere and the hosts had coffee for us and lovely linen’s beds and everything we needed. They were very responsive to our requests and I would highly recommend this place And its hosts.

The host was very communicative and considerate. The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location.

Great family home-

The house is beautiful, and the managers were extremely responsive. We had one issue - totally out of the control of the managers - which was fixed within 15 minutes. Everyone went above and beyond to be sure our stay was perfect. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, close to many attractions. I can't say enough good things about this rental!

Nice property. Easy to find and access. Comfortable for the first 8 and the 9th was kind of in the living room on an air mattress. Totally worked, I just hadn't really thought through that. Front windows out to the street were beautiful! Everything was clean and had everything we needed (i.e. hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc.). Would stay here again. Only minor issue was there was a tree out front that was dropping some super dark berry that was staining clothes and I was worried we would get in trouble for the carpet in the rental car so we made everyone walk around on the grass and parked closer to the street and we were ok. I'll bet that is a time of year thing, too but it looked like the driveway hadn't been cleared off in a while.

The house is amazing! Our hosts thought of everything. We felt very comfortable; just like home. Loved it!!!!

Lovely home with all the modern conveniences would really make a great place for an extended stay. We only used it as a arrival/gathering point and hit the train early next morning

Stayed 2 nights transitioning our Alaska Vacation from Seward to home. Close to airport, close to downtown, nice neighborhood

We absolulty loved the house. It was very clean, well maintained and there was plenty of room for our party of six. The location being so close to the airport was a bonus. We will definatly stay here again . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We just stayed here one night on a turnaround between flights but it was a very nice location and the kids loved being able to wind down in the hot tub after a long day of flying.

Beautiful home, perfect for a group of friends and less expensive than getting three hotel rooms.

The house has everything you’d need & is very cozy but spacious!

Lovely home with plenty of accommodation for a large group of people. Well furnished including modern appliances and plenty of dishes. Driveway parking and a short trip to the airport

Great place for our family of 10 in an area where we could walk and close to everything! The rental agency was quick to respond to any questions i had!

This property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a good match for two families to stay at with tweens and teens. The two adult couples enjoyed staying upstairs while the kids enjoyed the spacious downstairs. It was nice to unwind after our day of adventure in the Jacuzzi. Some of the items on the property we would have enjoyed, but we’re not included, were more than four chairs at the dining table (so we could all eat together), wine glass stemware, and additional towels for the Jacuzzi. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful accomodations -- very clean, well stocked and roomy. Kitchen is great for cooks! Very impressive basement area too.

This place is a well-located to visit anchorage museums and zoo with a car. Also a perfect place to restock and prepare for an Alaskan cruise. Just minutes to the airport. Everything we needed was provided. Great stay.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, and the house itself is nice. It is split level with the lower half being a half basement. A couple of the beds listed are rollaway style. The house has some nice touches like the hot tub and Frame TV upstairs. The kitchen has the basic utensils and is amazing.

We had an amazing stay, surpassed my expectations. The house had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Everything was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and the coffee pods provided was a nice bonus. Communication, checkin, and check out was very smooth and easy. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. Great location and the property is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating & quickly responded to all of my inquiries. Anchorage received 6” of snow during our stay & the hosts made sure the drive was cleared for us the next morning. It was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Things we liked:-Accuracy of the listing-Location-Hot Tub-Amount of bedsThings we didn't like-The kitchen floor was sticky and not very clean --There is a no glass rule in the hot tub (totally understandable) but there was not an alternative. No plastic cups or something else to use.-Communication was subpar. We reached out several times asking for a later checkout, and we didn't get a response until after checkout time. This was highly annoying because of the house rule of an extra 75 dollars if you stay past checkout time. -Impartially stocked kitchen. There were no sheet pans or bowls for mixing.
