Relax with the whole family in this charming 3-bedroom home. This recently renovated home boasts character, plenty of space and great views. Situated in the popular suburb of Roslyn, you're not too far from anywhere.

Please note that this property is split into 2 separate units, each entirely private and separate with the only shared spaces being the garage and walkway into the property.

Trundler can be set up in the first bedroom on request.

Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is a walkable distance to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool.

You'll have access to the entire space. A locked door at the bottom of the stairs provides privacy to the separate unit below.

1 car park is available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.

There are about 10 steps from the garage area to the front door. Once inside, there are three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the main kitchen and dining areas all on the same level.

From the hallway, there is a flight of stairs, however this only leads to a locked door which provides privacy to the unit below.

There is a step over the edge of the shower (about 40cm) to access the shower.

You'll enter into a character-filled hallway with two bedrooms immediately to your right. Around the corner, further down the hall, you will find a spacious kitchen, separate to a huge living area, along with the bathroom and additional bedroom.

Two heat pumps heat this space, one in the living area and another in the hallway, which also can act as air conditioning in the warmer months.

    We had a great stay at Simon’s place while we were visiting family in Dunedin. The whole house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable which was awesome because we stayed for over a week. It was in a great location for us and was easy to get around. There is a supermarket 500m down the road which is handy as well. My only concern with a young family was that the dining room is separate from the kitchen so having kids take their breakfast cereal through themselves was a bit stressful. Luckily there were no accidents! This was a great place to stay and Simon makes sure that you know what’s expected in a polite and useful way. We’d totally stay here again.

    I think this has to be the cleanest house I have stayed in. It was just perfect for the amount of people we had, and it was very comfortable. Simon was quick to respond to any enquiries and very helpful.
