Spacious 3 Bedroom Home in a Quiet Neighborhood Near the University

Kitchen was very nice. Toaster was missing but was replaced once I notified the manager. Hot tub helped my aching muscles.

This property is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

This property is very well kept and pleasant. Our guests had a significant issue with scents in the home, which included diffusers and air fresheners in every room as well as bedding that was quite scented. If you have sensitivities to these things you may wish to know this and maybe communicate that to the property owner to see what your options are. Otherwise, it was excellently kept.

We did not use the hot tub. The kitchen was a very usable beds were very hard.

We had an awesome time at your home. It was very nice place to stay. We will definitely come back again when we are in the area. Only a couple of things that needs improvement. The backyard gate on the east side needs to latch. I had to use a bungee cord to keep the gate from opening. The other is the southwest bedroom and the smaller bedroom. Both needs a regular mattress. They only had a small cushion that my family said it was uncomfortable. Other then that, it was an amazing place to stay.

We easily booked the home online. Everything worked well. The house was clean and ready for us. Would certainly recommend this place as a place to stay. Very nicely located in the heart of Sioux Center, in the older part of town near Dordt college. Very pretty neighborhood. Would be great for a walk on a summer day, but we were there in the heart of winter. If you do come in the summer, they have some bicycles for you to use. Note the garage is not as deep as it was originally. They have added a laundry off the kitchen that intrudes into the garage; therefore, long vehicles may not fit in the garage. Our XT4 did fit, but it is fairly short car. It would be nice if the owners would provide a garage door opener remote, but we didn't see one. There is a hot tub! It's not listed, so it came as a surprise. Makes up for the shortened garage? There is a fireplace with firewood, but a note said not to use it. Not sure if that is temporary out of use or permanent. If you need a fireplace, you should ask about using it. There is an artistic ladder that hangs above your head over one of the beds. We found this a little scary. We suggest they take the ladder off the ceiling and hang it on a wall. Overall, a very nice place to stay. We will likely stay there again on our next trip and would recommend it to anyone needing a place in Sioux Center.

We were in town for the opening of my girlfriends nephew restaurant (the Fox Hole) in orange city. The house was great. The communication was great. The whole experience was great

We had a great time staying at this property. It was perfect for a our weekend.

we enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Home was clean. Towels and wash cloths were a little worn but worked. Our grandchildren came by and enjoyed the back yard and the games in the basement, and we had a nice family birthday dinner. Would stay again.

We were in town for a family birthday celebration. We enjoyed the house location and its proximity to the bike trail. Its a quiet neighborhood. The housw was clean well supplied.

Beautiful house and very clean! We stayed just a couple nights for a break in our drive home from the Black Hills to Michigan. Great location in town.

Great experience all around. Hosts are wonderful communicating well about check in…we requested earlier and they had the place spotless! Will definitely book early to stay here again for our family reunion crew!
