Stayed Jul 8, 2024This is a wonderful property. Kids loved the big common yard out back, nearby pool, and the playground. House is in good condition and a fairly new build. Good access to Wasaga beach 5 and 6 just twenty minutes away. Close to town and other amenities as well.

Stayed Dec 26, 2022We rented this townhome for the winter season. It was a wonderful place to stay - very modern and bright, with a good size master and ensuite. The host was also very responsive and good to deal with.

Stayed Jan 1, 2021We stayed at this property for the winter season and were pleased with every aspect. Cleanliness, comfort, conveniences, and spaciousness were all great. The location is ideal for winter activities, close to skiing, XC skiing, hiking trails, snowshoeing, or just walking the neighbourhood. It's also close enough to Collingwood shopping for a quick car ride or an adventurous walk. Emir was a great host, extremely responsive and cooperative.
