Spacious 3 bed/2 bath home - South End of SSI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our time at 162 Toluca Ln. was enjoyable. The house was larger inside than it looks like from the outside. It was comfortable for six people. The master bed was comfortable but there were some complaints about the others. (I am aware that bed preferences are particular.) The hall bath toilet was squealy upon flushing and it should be addressed. The house was within a 15 minute walk to the beach, near a park with a walking trail and convenient to everything needed or wanted by my party. The neighborhood and area felt safe. Property management responded promptly to requests. The kitchen was generally fine but the dishwasher didn't clean dishes as well as it should and some larger pans and a cookie sheet or two would be good additions. The yard could definitely use some TLC; it's scruffy and not particularly attractive. The fence is low and flimsy on three sides and not great for keeping energetic dogs in. Also, though not advertised that I can recall, there are a few beach-related items in the hall closet that were useful.

Location of home is perfect - within walking distance of beach and downtown area. The only negative is that some of the appliances are in need of updating. Dishwasher did not clean dishes very well, so we resorted to the old fashion way...but we were on vacation so no big deal. Dryer took a longer than usual time to dry clothes. But aside from that, the property checked many many boxes.

The layout was great with plenty of room to spread out.

Everything worked as expected. Only complaints was the beds could be more comfortable and the bath and door rugs were not cleaned or swept under.

This was the perfect property for our family. There was a great little ball field nearby and the beach was only a short ride away. Quiet neighborhood. Nice big kitchen. Manager was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. House was large enough to comfortably hold a family of 6 plus our fur baby! Fenced in yard but only small panels. Well stocked and clean. Quiet area, convenient to everything! Will be back!
