It was close to both the pier downtown area as well as East Beach. The layout was great with plenty of room to spread out.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always find someplace to stay on the island during the summer. We always have some sort of issue but this time it was perfect. Everything worked as expected. Only complaints was the beds could be more comfortable and the bath and door rugs were not cleaned or swept under.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024This was the perfect property for our family. There was a great little ball field nearby and the beach was only a short ride away. Quiet neighborhood. Nice big kitchen. Manager was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Enjoyed our stay. House was large enough to comfortably hold a family of 6 plus our fur baby! Fenced in yard but only small panels. Well stocked and clean. Quiet area, convenient to everything! Will be back!

Stayed Mar 20, 2022My husband and I loved this house, and the location on St Simons Island. We needed a relaxing getaway, and this was perfect. But, it could have been cleaner. The carpets and furniture needed to be cleaned, and the outside needed attention and landscaping.
