Spacious 2BR2BA home nestled in the ponderosa pines

Had a great time in Ruidoso. The house was clean and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The balcony is a wonderful spot for coffee in the morning. We saw elk and mule deer in the yard. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything was as pictured…The only thing for us was we tailored our side by side Polaris-the driveway is a little tight with slanting trees towards the drive… Host was very responsive and had all the amenities provided

First impression was “old charm” in a good way. This is not for the family who’s wanting latest greatest anamenities & updates.I appreciated all the old elements of this house. Pictures, antiques, lighting, lots of old school charms. They had games for the kids and the cutest kitchen nook to eat breakfast, coffee, or play Uno. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony deck was nice for spotting deer and looking at the stars. Lots of stairs with challenging steps for those who may have limited mobility? Not a problem for us thought. We did have a hot water issue that we noticed pretty early in our trip. We contacted the owner who put us in touch with the property manager immediately. They did everything they could considering it was a holiday weekend. We did eventually get the water pressure fixed and all was well. This might have ruined others trip, but we knew they were doing everything they could in the moment to fix it. So we pushed on and still had a wonderful stay and would stay at the Nutt house again.

Cozy cabin with room for everyone to relax and be comfortable- we had the best weekend exploring outside and enjoying the area.

Classic Ruidoso cabin, Wonderfull deck. It was a hot day and night outside and we had difficulty cooling the loft ,

Clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Evenings got to see mule deer and elk crossing through the adjacent property

The home was exactly as pictures showed. Easy check-in. Enjoyed our stay.

This home is beautiful and well maintained. It has all the comforts of home plus a lot of bonuses. The biggest bonus to me is a deck out the back that overlooks the golf course. The only negative is that is is not handicap friendly

The cabin was nice and matched the posted photos. We loved the wood details in the home. The kitchen was well stocked.
