The home was really nice and just what we needed. There is a shut-in smell as if it needs to be aired out. Also there was spot with mold on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise, we loved the house. Sharing the hot tub with the other property was not a problem. Other than clearing the mold, I would only suggest a larger tv. It was pretty small for the room considering there was only one in the house.
