Stayed Dec 30, 2023I had a mini stroke the day before we were to stay at this property and as still hospitalized so we did not check in. When we informed the owner, they were only willing to refund the cleaning fee. While probably within their legal rights, this seems unkind.

Stayed Nov 2, 2023This property was spectacular. Everything was very clean and the property was in excellent condition. Property owner/manager was very prompt with any questions I had. Easy walk to downtown, along the lake. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin.

Stayed Mar 31, 2023We enjoyed our staycation while our house was getting painted. Overall the house was clean, and had everything we needed. A couple things to point out that are off in the listing.... There are not two king beds. There is one king and the other bed is a queen or full. The room with the king bed is wide open to the room with the twin beds. Also, the owner lives there when not rented so the refrigerator and other areas had the owners food (not a big deal and maybe if you gave more notice before booking this would be cleaned out) so just something to be aware of. We hadn't experienced this before at a VRBO. The house is older so there are some doors that don't like to shut all the way or faucets that are a little weird, but that is to be expected for this age of home. Overall we had a wonderful stay, host is easy to communicate with and I would absolutely recommend!

Stayed Nov 11, 2022The location of this rental was super ideal, about a 5-10 minute drive to all of Austin’s prime locations. The house was charming and cozy, we loved the master bathroom! I highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 13, 2022My fiancé, our friends and I had the best time visiting Austin and staying at this house. It was literally in the cutest neighborhood and really convenient getting to many locations. We basically just rode scooters everywhere it was so nice! We will have to visit again.
