Spacious 2 story gated home w/ pool & play area.

My family of four - the wife loved the place and so did our adult child and hurricane of a toddler. It has the amenities needed during our stay. If you have kids, there is a small playground for them to run out their energy but just watch out for dog poop (It gets cleaned up right away, we just had bad outdoor timing). But overall, awesome stay there.

Very comfy beds, large upstairs room, clean and outside amenities very nice.

I stayed there for my daughter's wedding. Absolutely the property! Better then I expected. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The host and his family were very welcoming. Didn't realize it was a shared property with the owner and I might of used the pool but wasn't sure if it was ok. I would absolutely book again! I definitely give it a 5 star rating!!!

Branden and his wife were such great hosts. They promptly answered any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & were very accommodating. Their rental was spacious, well decorated with every detail covered, it was so clean. If we find ourselves in Bakersfield again, we will be sure to book hee!

A friend and I visited Bakersfield to spend time with a friend who is having serious health issues. We wanted a place to take her to give her some respite. We even brought her 3 children over for one day to give her husband a break from caregiving. The playground area was perfect for them to burn off some energy. The home was very clean, beautiful, and well-appointed and was the perfect space to relax and enjoy time together. The location was amazing with shopping and restaurants just a few minutes away. I highly recommend staying at Branden's place any time you're in Bakersfield! He will take great care of you.
