House includes beach toys, paddleboards, beach chairs, towels, wagons, coolers, children's toys. This is a very private family oasis in an exclusive, safe gated and patrolled community. Theproperty has only been used by owners until being offered for rent this year.

Barefoot Beach and Lover's Key are 10 minutes by bike. The house is located on the 6th hole of a 27-hole golf course. Tee times for Spanish Wells golf course can be booked via golfnow.com.

Spanish Wells requires a 30-day notice prior to renting and a background check. You will need to fill out the application. Bookings are monthly and additional discounts will be provided to renters who book for multiple months.
