SOUTHFACING Private Pool, Lakeview,4 BR-2 Bath,Ultra Clean Modern,10 min Disney

We were looking for a place close to the iconic Orlando attractions, but a convenient drive out of the city, because we were spending a couple days in Tampa, and this location worked great. I had to drag the kids out of the pool every morning, because they were having so much fun. The house was such an oasis that we called it quits early a couple of days and just enjoyed time together at the house. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! We really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen lacks for nothing! Loved being able to sit outside in the evenings with no pesky insects. We will definitely consider this property in the future for a stay in the Orlando area.

The owners shower has mold. The owners toilet area had a dried booger on the wall. The pillows are so thick that your neck starts to hurt in 10 minutes. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. The beds are very hard and have massive decorative pillows on them that are constantly in the way even when put on the floor. Make sure to bring toilet paper because you only get one roll per bathroom. Also bring toiletries because you only get one small round piece of soap to wash your hands with in the bathroom. Also bring dishwasher detergent because you only get one tab to wash your dishes. You only get one roll of cheap paper towel towels. Otherwise the house was clean. The welcome book needs to be updated with the current WiFi.

Hosts were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again should we be lucky enough to get back to Orlando anytime soon. Thanks Donna & Mike, really enjoyable stay and we hope to be back!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly what we needed and the pool was perfect! We had everything we needed and then some. The house was close to anything needed, but just far enough out of the city to make it relaxing.

The house is perfect. It is very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with quality items. Layout worked well for our family . Pool is awesome. A special thank you to Jamie our maintenance man who went above and beyond to solve a minor problem with the pool. The management company was awesome to work with too. I can't say enough good things about this property

This location was clean, very spacious, and close to many of the local attractions. We enjoyed it here....would stay here again when in Florida.

We had a great 2 week stay at this villa. It was well equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. The pool area was fantastic and could be used at any time. Beautiful setting and a short drive to Disney and Universal parks. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home close to Disney beautiful sunset over the pond. Love the home. It was wonderful very well stocked with everything you need pots pans dishes, kitchen, utensils, and salt and paper. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home.

The property was great. Everything in the home was as described. The 4 star for the property mgr was because I emailed the mgr upon check out advising of what I did and a concern and I have not heard back from them yet and it’s been almost 48 hours. I’m used of prompt responses. The 4 star for the neighborhood is because it’s very busy. Even though there’s driveways, everyone park on the road and they speed up and down the street and l playing load music. I know that’s not the owners fault but… Overall, the property was great. We enjoyed and loved our stay.

We visited in May staying for a total of 8 nights. We originally booked 6, contacted the hosts Madonna and Michael who were able to extend our stay. It was a quick easy process. Good communication from the hosts and clear easy instructions for check in and out. The villa is great, has everything you need and is very clean. Great location for the parks and the strip where old town is. Stones throw away from Walmart. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of pool towels and even pool floats! Great stay, great hosts, would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

The property was very nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The owners had great communication. They also worked it out for us to stay an additional night because we were rained out of going to Epcot on one day. Exceptional owners and a very comfortable place to stay!

The property is exactly as advertised. Our trip focus was going to the Disney and Universal parks, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the home - but the time we spent there was great! Clean, spacious and adequately appointed. We had the pool heated, which the kids enjoyed in the evenings. Considering morning traffic, /-20 mins from Disney parks, and /-35 mins from Universal parks. Check in /check out procedure was simple and efficient. Neighborhood was quiet as indicated, which is nice for a family. We would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

Donna and Micheal what can I say just amazing hosts from start to finish. Their home is beautiful soon as we arrived we just felt at home the place was super clean tidy everything we needed they had. The location is amazing and we were close to everything, I felt safe in the area and we met the locals on new year eve they were all so lovely and we as a family enjoyed watching their dancing and fireworks celebrating nye.The pool area was heated and was lovely to sit watch all the birds and even a deer next to the pond . It’s just beautiful your home is now our happy place and I feel I will always have a piece of your home within my heart we will back I promise and can’t wait toBook again with you both.

Excellent! Had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family visiting Disney and surrounding attractions. So great to return to home and relax without all the park hoopla in the evening!

This villa is very beautiful, communication with the owners was excellent and very quick with replies, we had to contact management company who also are very friendly helpful and very professional, a problem we had was sorted within half an hour. Would definitely recommend. We will definitely be booking again.
