Southernmost Retreat | On Duval! With Hot Tub, Patio

This place is a hidden gem! We didn’t use the hot tub, but the place was clean and location was perfect! We will be coming back for sure! Loved the fact that we were able to check in a little early as well!

Very easy to deal with great host. The management company Rick and his team were awesome.A few minor issues that were fixed and addressed immediately.Would absolutely stay there again. Ease of it being on Duval Street made it worth everything.

Great place for a larger group. We went with 7 adult family members and the space was perfect. We rented both units, place was clean. Enjoyed the common outdoor area a lot, very comfortable. The location is perfect is you want to walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, bars. 3 great places for breakfast within 1 block. Did not rent scooters this trip because of location we did not need them and we stayed for a 3 day weekend. Would stay again . Only thing would like is a few more nice chairs in common area for sitting , but we moved a few additional chairs for the weekend and turned out well .

The location was perfect, lots of shopping, food, and drinks you can walk to! The hosts were so nice, responsive, and accommodating to all of our guests!

The location was great, and the house was perfect for our 7 person bachelorette. Hosts were very responsive and offered shuttle to the airport for us which I thought was a nice feature

1st our host was very helpful and great with getting back to me quickly when I had and issue with finding where I needed to be during the Veterans Day parade. Great location on Duval on the little quieter end which makes for easier sleeping. Home had all we needed and a hot tub. Which was great since we picked the coolest days to be down this month. Felt safe with the gate locked out in the patio area. Coffee shop 2 doors down was handy 730am. Definitely walkable to all the old town locations. We ate , drank and listened to music right across the street at La te da , and their food and atmosphere is very nice.

Excellent spot for our weekend activities. Great location, walking distance to everywhere! Top unit def more updated so hopefully next year bottom unit will be updated too. Will def stay again:)

Great house! We had the upstairs and downstairs. We didn’t use the hot tub but we used the grill for our fresh caught spiny tail lobsters.The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The location can’t be beat!

Great location !

The property is in a great location, walking distance to most areas. Easy to check in and out. Rooms were safe and clean. The only thing keeping from 5 was the AC in the upper unit leaked. A bucket was already in place so they must be aware of the leak. We had to empty the bucket daily to keep from overflowing. Every thing else was great
