My husband and I traveled to Kentucky for the beginning of our honeymoon. We stayed at Southern Sunset for 3 nights. A beautiful, quaint, and cozy home. Stacey and Tracy were great people and their communication was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We would definitely recommend Southern Sunset to anyone traveling to Kentucky…especially to visit the Ark Encounter as it was super close.

Our stay included 5 60 ladies. Beautiful, clean home in a safe and convenient location to the Ark and quaint downtown Williamstown. The bedroom # 3 photos need updating. It says 2 twins in a loft, but was not as pictured. That room would better suit children than adults as the ceiling height is very limited. Otherwise we were quite satisfied.

Wow! What a great place to stay for our visit to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. These hosts really have prepared the cottage to truly be a home away from home. Everything was super clean and fresh. The upstairs loft for the kids was perfect. Also, the hosts are excellent with communication and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and stay here again.

We loved this house! The hosts did a great job making it feel like home. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Backyard isn't fenced in/private, but there are a few privacy areas if you want to enjoy the fire pit.

It was such a beautiful, cozy home that was perfect for our trip! It was spotless and you could tell it had been completely remodeled! We enjoyed the little details and you could feel the love poured into it! Excellent location right off I-75 and so close to the Ark Encounter! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything the listing said and more. Plenty of towels and blankets. Everything needed was supplied, even coffee and snacks. Home is exceptionally clean.

It was amazing. My only slight issue was that the beautiful place was not as 'handicap friendly 'as I had hoped.

In town for a conference at the Ark, stayed 3 nights. We would have loved to stay longer. Great house! Clean, well stocked, comfy beds and even the shower/water pressure were amazing! Hope to sometime come back to this property.

All members of our party loved everything about this house. The location (minutes from the Ark Encounter), the amenities, decor, and cleanliness were all exceptional. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts who did their part to ensure we had a fun and memorable mini vacation.

Stayed here for the Arc Encounter with my wife, our daughter and our grandson. Wonderful home - clean, good home with all the amenities! Wished that we could have stayed longer! Great owners also!!

We really enjoyed the house and the cool neighborhood. We did spend lots of time away visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Williamstown is a lovely town and we enjoyed just riding around in it. We found the people to be very hospitable. We loved Beans--delicious food!!!!! It was a great time! And we loved our home!

There were six adults and we stayed two nights everything was in order for guests and we enjoyed the time we spent there.
