Southern Jewell Gulf Front 7 Bedroom Private heated Pool by Prickett Properties

I thought the house was better than I could’ve expected or imagined. Incredibly spacious and comfortable. Would’ve liked slightly more of the consumable products in the kitchen but I understand why not. View is amazing, pool is fantastic, all great things to say!

Beautiful home and beautiful beach! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and are so glad we chose Ft. Morgan and this amazing house. We appreciated the distance between where we stayed and the busy-ness of Gulf Shores - far enough for peace and quiet, close enough to restaurants and things to do. The home was not only gorgeous, but gave the right amount of space to not feel crowded. We loved our time here!

We rented this home for our entire family to get together. There were 14 of us. I must say that this home was FANTASTIC!!! On the beach, great pool for relaxing and letting the little one swim. I cannot say enough good things about this property!!! It was clean, beds were great, showers and bath towels were excellent! Fantastic views and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a nice, quiet location. It was very relaxing.

Need Better equipped kitchen Utensils pots/pand

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 20! Every room was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Perfect location right on the beach. The only thing that would make it even better would be finishing the driveway to allow for more parking — otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

The house was great, check in was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

The home was outstanding! The home, location and amenities were all 5 star! The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of room for my entire extended family. Bedrooms were all large, beds very comfortable, home was clean. The views were million dollar views! Beach felt very private and the sunsets could not have been more beautiful! The pool was the perfect size! We all agreed we want to come back!Prickett Property management services were top notch. The few glitches we had were taken care of within 30 minutes! I'd give them a gold star rating!!

Brand new, beautiful home! Right on the beach. Huge kitchen and family room. Great place to stay for a multi-family vacation!

Great new home but needs attention in a number of areas. Construction materials left in the house and in garage area. We had 7 kids ranging from 4-17 and there were numerous opportunities for accidents. Had to call maintenance a couple of times and they were very prompt. One washer and dryer is not sufficient for a house this size. Cannot open both refrigerators at the same time which was workable but inconvenient. Air conditioner worked great the entire week. If there was any service done to the pool, we missed it. It had a lot of sand in it. Pantry was unavailable for use. Window coverings were insufficient and we had to cover windows with towels. Insufficient diah towels (1). One oven did not appear to be working correctly. There was a leak in hall bathroom downstairs that we were told was a builder problem. There were not sufficient nightstands or lamps. The hot water heaters did not keep up with our demand. There was no place to hang towels in several bathrooms. Need some hooks. With all this said, we had a great time and worked around the issues since this was a new house but these things need to be resolved to keep customers returning year after year.
