Stayed Mar 28, 2026This house was just what we needed for vacation. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from restaurants and beaches . Terry was so great and easy to communicate with . The pool was warm and spacious. We loved the backyard wildlife as we saw alligators, turtles, lizards, and rabbits.

Stayed Mar 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this Property. Beautiful home on the canal. Close to beaches and shopping. The home had everything you would need pots, utensils, paper products. The house was very clean and updated. We loved the outdoor area to watch TV. Terry was very quick to answer any questions. Thank you Terry for letting us stay at your lovely home.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026What a wonderful stay we had in this fantastic home and beautiful venue. Terry was a wonderful Host. Very communicative and attentive to any request or issue we might have had . But truthfully this house is so well maintained thoughtfully laid out and well supplied in every reasonable way we could only report that there simply were no discrepancies for us to speak of when he thoughtfully checked in with us occasionally during our stay. We have rented here in South West Farida many times over the years now . We have never been more comfortable than we were this year in Terry’s outstanding offering. The fact that the location puts you within easy access of great shopping dinning and beaches ,some world famous , is just icing on the cake. Thank you Terry for helping to make sure our vacation was so very enjoyable.
