The two modern bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, to help you unwind after a day of exploring Savannah or visiting Tybee Island.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to discover your private oasis. The beautifully landscaped backyard and patio area are perfect for enjoying Savannah’s pleasant weather. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. The home offers ample parking space, accommodating multiple vehicles with ease.

Getting Around:

CREDIT CARD FEES. Any credit card fees charged by credit card companies in connection with payments made for the booking, including transaction fees or service charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.

The property requires a $500 temporary hold at check‑in. This is not an extra fee; it’s a refundable authorization that is automatically released to the same card after checkout, provided there are no damages.
Parking: Three vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the street.
This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.
