The property size and layout work well for us. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I believe it could have used more seating in the den off the kitchen. It was still a work in progress in the basement, the master shower door was really small. I think when you have a place big enough for 10 people you should supply more than 1 trash bag for 4 days and have at least a scrub sponge and small dish detergent to help maintain a clean kitchen. We overall had an awesome time. The cleaning crew was there at 915am at the end of the driveway waiting for us to leave. I applaud their being timely, but it was a little annoying them sitting there while we were saying our goodbyes.

Things people should know about this property:1. The house is an older house built in 1991. There appears to be some age to the house, and maintenance that could have been completed, but it met our needs fine. (We are not picky people).2. Some people may not appreciate the occasional harmless spiders. There were not many at all, but there were daddy-long-legs and a couple of others. No other real annoying insects, though (no.cockroaches, flies, wasps, hornets or other particularly disturbing inside the house).3. They show a pool table in the lower floor, but only one working pool stick that was damaged prior. We managed to make the one working cue work ok for us 4. There seemed to be a really bad smell when we started running the faucets that was odd, but that could have been coming from the drains and worked itself out within a day or so.5. .The shower in the master bedroom is really small. .If you are a bigger person, the other showers in the house will have to accommodate you since they are huge. Very odd for a master bedroom shower.I don't want to discourage renting this property since it accommodated our group of 8 people pretty well, but it should be noted that if you are picky about details about renting properties, there could be some issues with renting this one

Such a great stay for my birthday weekend! Only issue is that the bathrooms weren’t as clean as I’d like them to be. There was hair stuck on the shower drain and hair on the bathroom floor in the master bedroom.

It was just what we needed. No surprises, everything was exactly as described in VRBO, and the location itself was ideal. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and it’s a spacious home, located perfectly if you want to visit the barrier islands. We were in St. Simons in minutes, and got to visit the nicest beach on Georgia’s east coast.

The rooms in the basement were warm, not adequately cool. Garage door opener didn’t work.

House was very clean and nice but twin bedroom had no ac downstairs was a bit warm outlet plugs in two of the bathrooms didn’t work but overall it was a nice house and very clean and neighborhood was super nice!

We recently booked this home for a family member's college graduation. The property was wonderful, clean, and fully furnished with everything you need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the host was quick to respond to issues we encountered. Loved the property and the host and will book again for similar trips to Brunswick.

This property is an excellent place to stay with a large family! The downstairs room with twin beds gets a little hot at night, aside from that it was perfect! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
