Southern Comfort in Hot Springs Village

Come stay in this charming 3 bedrooms, 2 bath two level townhouse located on the West end of the Village. Very cute and cozy. TV in every bedroom
On the main level you have an open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen area with updated appliances and a dining room table for enjoying your meals. There is 1 bedroom featuring a King sized bed with access to covered back deck. Right off the kitchen you will find a full bathroom with a nice big walk in shower.
By the dining roomtable you will find a few games like Jenga, Uno, Skipbo, and a deck of cards.

Downstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms featuring a Queen bed in each and a full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo in between the bedrooms. There is a stackable washer and dryer for guests to use. Laundry pods are provided in the pantry in the kitchen.


* After parking, you will need to walk down a few steps leading down to the entrance or you can park on the street and walk down the pathway leading to the door

* Heads up to anyone sensitive to smells the owner does have some sort of air freshener in the property which smells amazing, but may be too much for someone sensitive

*Trash can is located to the right when facing out front door

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
