This stand-alone home, is the last home on the block- with only one neighboring home to the left; you'll have one of the largest outdoor spaces you can find in the Victorian District! The large, private, backyard and patio space is perfect for you to seizethe day away while soaking up the Savannah sun. Perfect for grilling out, lounging, and enjoying that sweet Savannah sunshine.

This home is centered around convenience - you can park your vehicles around back, and head right into your new home away from home! You'll find the home is furnished with tasteful decor, and rich, warm furnishings throughout. Each space has been carefully thought out to create a comfortable environment, whether you are here for work or leisure, with friends and family, or traveling alone! The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and you'll never feel separated from the rest of your party. The gathering space, at the front of the home, features a large smart television, and an ample amount of seating for everyone to gather that opens up to the formal dining space. You can find six seats available at the dining room table to enjoy home cooked meals together or gather around for a game of cards. Security: As safety is always of the upmost concern, to fully protect our guests, this house is monitored 24/7 by ADT Security, has two Ring cameras on both the front and back door, and fully up to code on both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Please note: Our house is next to some train tracks on one side. These tracks are active, but only run cargo, and only run 1-3x a day (from 7am-11am), causing 1-3 minutes of minor disturbance. This gives the house additional privacy, as we only have neighbors on one side, and allows for a fully fenced in backyard perfect for hanging out with friends/family or for pets.
