This charming house offers a beautiful retreat for a large family, multiple families, bachelorette/wedding weekends with 5 bedrooms (beds for 12), 4 baths, living area with gas fireplace and smart tv, large fully- appointed kitchen, dining, laundry, loft, covered porch, private dock, flat yard for you to walk out into the lake. Lots of dining spaces, dining (8), bar (4), porch dining (8) and wrought iron in yard (4). Additional seating area on porch with wood- burning fireplace and smart tv. Gas grill provided.
You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Whether you’re enjoying boating and water activities, dining at the many nearby restaurants or simply sipping coffee or wine on the covered porch or Adirondack chairs, it’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our new place.
Master King bedroom with in-suite bath includes double vanity, shower (handheld and rain head) and free- standing tub overlooking the lake.
Additional King guest bedroom on main floor with access to hall bath (tub/shower combo).
Upstairs features a loft with additional seating, games/puzzles/books, a desk (fast wifi) or game table and tv.
Upstairs King bedroom overlooks the lake plus a bunkroom with 4 bunks share a common bathroom (tub/shower combo).
Upstairs Queen bedroom overlooks the lake and has a private bathroom (tub/shower combo).
All bedrooms include top of the line mattresses, luxury linens, sound machines, charging stations, ceiling fans and darkening blinds. Large closets throughout.
Kitchen is complete with all necessary pots/pans/utensils/etc for cooking or grilling. Appliances include a dual coffee maker (supplies included), Nespresso, toaster, toaster oven and dual air fryer. Large tv in den is a “picture frame” tv. A Sonos Move Portable speaker is also included for your music enjoyment throughout the house or outside to the dock.
Covered porch has dining table for 8, sofa, 4 swivel rockers, wood- burning fireplace, and tv over the fireplace.
Adirondack chairs (42) and chaise loungers (4) are set up and ready for soaking up the sun or enjoying the beautiful sunrise or sunset.
Additional flagstone patio with fire pit in the yard.
Walk out into the lake or down the ladder from the dock.
Baby items available upon request include portable crib, changing pad, sound machine, monitor, playpen, clip-on highchair, bottle warmer and dining plates/utensils.
Starter supplies will be included, such as toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent and paper towels. Basic cleaning supplies are on hand. Other items such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap and hair dryers are provided. Iron and board provided. Other common kitchen spices are provided.
Bring your own boat or rent nearby and store in our private dock. Public boat ramps-Union Boat Ramp Hwy 50, County Rd 34 Boat Ramp or Harbor Pointe(small fee).
NOTE: Construction still in progress in the front of the development at the current time (no construction near me). Also, 2 outside cameras for security are in place- 1 in front toward the driveway and 1 in back toward the dock.
