Southern Charm deserves five star ratings. Everything as pictured and described. Exceptionally clean. Very convenient for U of Ky and the medical centers. Parking was great for us in our marked spot and easy for family who joined us. Outstanding communication. Quiet condo area. Highly recommend. Supplies such as detergent, etc.

Came for Keeneland and Bourbon Trail and had a great stay! The place was just as described online. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect location near campus. We will stay again!

This very clean, charming townhouse is in a great location that is super convenient to campus. It’s was very well equipped with kitchen items, shampoo, hairdryers, an iron and other needed supplies. We will definitely book again!

Clean and comfy , basic supplies along with a few extras provided so we were able to pack light and only bring personal items!!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at! Clean very well equipped with everything you will need. We love that the host left snacks! Comfortable and quit! It's so charming! We will be back! The host is wonderful and answers you back very quickly! So much better then a hotel room.

This was our first trip to Lexington. We enjoyed the condo’s spaciousness and cleanliness. The location was very close to the U of K campus as well as the other locations we wanted to visit. Perhaps because we were there between the regular school year and summer school, it was very quiet in the little condo community as well as on campus. Parking was easy, which I always appreciate. Communication with the property owner was easy and fast since I always have questions about accessibility. We had a great short but very comfortable stay.

The townhouse was very clean and organized. Jennifer provided all of the basic supplies needed and her communication was excellent!

We were visiting Lexington for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was an excellent host, and communication was great. I would recommend staying here. We visited many of the local distilleries and horse farms during our stay, and Jennifer made several wonderful recommendations for eating out. The location was good, and if you are coming for anything to do with visiting the university, it is a great location.

The location was in very easy walk to Kroger Stadium and clean comfortable place to stay.
