We had a great family vacation and loved staying here!

Can always count on a clean house, gorgeous view and superior customer service. This place has so much room and is close enough to town for convenience. Yet far enough out to have the beach almost ourselvrs. 😀

PROS:Location, Prickett Management Co. CONS: There are 4 full bathrooms, not 5; 6 legal bedrooms, not 5. Windows are sealed on the Gulfside. No room-darkening window treatments. Lack of dinnerware, dated decor and minimal seating in great room. The refrigerator temperature is never cold, and the elevator is unreliable. Poor location for the first-floor primary bedroom suite.The only positive was the management company's response to our requests for assistance.

Great house, great time with family.

The property is just a rental to the company. Let me first say the location is wonderful and the beach is very private. They answered all of our questions and sent out help anytime we needed but this property is really run down. The bathtub didn’t get hot for us to bathe our kids, this was looked at by maintenance and never fixed. The floors and cabinets were dirty when we got there, they sent the cleaners out again the next day. The light in one of the bathrooms didn’t work and was never fixed. The fridge went out and was fixed by maintenance. Just little stuff that you really don’t want to deal with while on vacation. The shower in the upstairs barely has any pressure. If they really took time to fix these issues and not just rent it out, it would be a wonderful place. The cleaners also need to do a better job.

The location of the house is perfect as you basically have your own private beach. However, I do not feel that I got what I paid for. The condition and cleanliness of the house was terrible. In the living room, the sectional was dirty and the recliners broken on both ends. A work order was submitted, but we never heard about repairs. The rug is disgusting. It is stained and smells musty. The windows had handprints and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. In the kitchen, the dishes and cookware are worn. The oven still had oven cleaner sprayed inside. It was not wiped down. The microwave was rusted. It was nice having a separate refrigerator and freezer. In the bedroom area, there were drink stains on the walls. The bathrooms had soap scum on the shower doors. Again, for the amount of money we spent, I expected a clean house in good condition. Not perfect, just nicer.

This is a great place. Cleaning is an issue. We found hair on the bathtub and in 2 beds. The fridge did leak a couple of days. That large carpet is dirty and needs a good cleaning. Otherwise we had a great time.

The only house with and elevator. It starts on the ground level and goes all the way to the top. This is what we were looking for so this was the best on having and elevator. MW

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful very clean it is in a great location. The only complaints we had was the appliances. We were told the ice machine would be fixed. It was not. The refrigerator leaked and we had to keep a towel on the floor constantly. There were several burners on the stove that were not working. The washer was broken. A lot of the furniture was in need of repair. The dishwasher top rack was broken and maintenance did fix that. For the amount of money we paid we were expecting working appliances and furniture that was nice looking.

Everything went amazing! Prickett Properties is the best! Defiantly recommend renting from them!!
