Beautiful house and so close to such great parts of the city!

No running water in one of the bathrooms, mold in the shower. We didn’t have WiFi for 3 separate days. We came in and there was glasses broken. Table was broke and a chair was broken. I wouldn’t suggest it

We stayed here recently for a trip to Charlotte and had a generally good experience, though there are some details future renters should know.The Highlights• Location: You can’t beat it. The neighborhood is very quiet and incredibly close to Uptown Charlotte.• Kitchen & Bathrooms: The kitchen is well-stocked with newer appliances, and the bathrooms have been updated and look modern.• Climate Control: The HVAC system worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout the stay.• Laundry: There is an in-unit washer and dryer. Note: They look like coin-operated units, but they actually work for free without coins!Areas for Improvement• The Flip Quality: While the house looks nice at first glance, you can tell it was a quick renovation. Many of the finishing details were overlooked or poorly executed.• Bed Quality & Cleanliness: This was our biggest issue. The double bed has a metal frame that is extremely loud and creaky, and the mattress is very soft. Most concerningly, the sheets on this bed were not clean when we arrived.• Mattress Firmness: If you prefer a softer bed, be aware that one of the Queen mattresses is exceptionally firm.The house is a solid good if you want to be near the city in a quiet area. However, the host could definitely improve the experience by upgrading the bed frames and ensuring the cleaning crew is more thorough with the linens.

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and SR 77 for easy travel.

Place was dirty at first but problem was fixed and cleaned up that same night , good space good area

The set up of the bnb was nice , the location was not good it was by wilkinson we heard multiple gunshots twice , The kitchen sink had no hot water at all no matter how long you let it run , and the communication is not good at all.

Very nice 3 BR. 2 BA ranch, perfect for our buddies getaway weekend.

We booked this property while visiting to attend a concert. Property was extremely convenient to interstate and within 10 minutes to the Bank of America Stadium. While we weren’t at the property long, it was a nice stay. It had 3 Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms 1 with a tub/shower and 1 with walk in shower. Neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and cute.

Interior nicely decorated and newly remodeled. 10 minute drive to Stadium. Lots of breweries nearby.

Broken TV and Carol. No toilet paper and zero response when I reached out to the owner.
