South Wind # 2 - Three Bedroom, Two Bath House with Private Saltwater Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing pool and close walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect . Loved the outdoor seating. Dinning Table was very comfortable for our meals and coffee. We will be rebooking for next year. Amazing vacation. Next year we want to book for 2 weeks. Only recommendations not to have to put sheets on bed when arriving after a long day of travel. Also have better toilet paper and enough for the week.

We have stayed here five years in a row now and love it! Also close to the pier. Kitchen is well stocked with all your needs for meal prep.

Haven’t stayed that far back from beach but the pool made it ok. Liked that it was ready on time as we had 8 hr drive and we just was in Conway when it was ready. City needs to fix the street.

The right distance from the beach one small maintenance call and they were right on our need! Kitchen is well stocked, pool is great! Quiet area! Will stay here again

Reviewer Comments: My daughter, her boyfriend, both in their senior year of high school and I all enjoyed our week stay at South Winds #2!! Our 2-1⁄2 year old male Golden Retriever “Dunkin” had the time of his life in the pool! The entry to the pool was perfect because he could just get in and out whenever he wanted and we could just sit back and relax! Definitely something I enjoyed! This time of year is usually not the warmest, so we unfortunately were unable to get in the water. A heated pool would have been a huge bonus. The yard was adequate and private, which was great. The master bedroom and the closet were a nice size, the bathroom is somewhat small and the extra rooms were good size, but had a small bathroom and closets. The water pressure was awesome and the water was hot! Garden City Realty handled any of our concerns we had when checking in, so hats off to them! Some minor things to consider: The front porch and backyard furniture were not cleaned and seemed like it had been awhile since they had been. The rockers on the front porch are adorable (totally my style), but unfortunately are not comfortable to sit in. The master bedroom had a flag pole outside of the window hanging at the edge of the front porch which had metal rings holding it on which clanked all night long. This made it difficult to have the windows open in order to hear the ocean breeze and at times made it hard to sleep. The pool area only had a few lounge chairs, it would have been nice to have enough for the number of guests the house can accommodate. Kitchen could use some tupperware bowls with lids to put leftovers in to eat later. Overall, we would recommend staying at South Winds #2. Especially if you fur babies:). We have vacationed at Garden CIty many times and enjoy all the restaurants and visiting the beach, the pier, all the little shops, and venturing off to. Broadway at the Beach. Hoping to get back down soon!!

Reviewer Comments: Would like to say this house was terrible so I could keep it ALL TO MY SELF... but ... it was very nice.. had almost every thing you need or want and the pool was a awesome bonus.. one really minor issue if I had to nit pick, under the house could be a little cleaner.. overall a great stay..
