Stayed Mar 8, 2025This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023The house worked out great and it was perfect location for what we needed. We rented the house for our annual guys fishing trip and the location was perfect with quick access on and off Boca Grande. The unit looked brand new and everything worked great. Unit is beautifully decorated and all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Booking and check in process were quick and easy and the owner was great with communication. We will definitely be back!
