Stayed May 8, 2026Joel is a fantastic host of an amazing property. The attention to detail in the home is perfect for a short or long stay. The home offers spacious and comfortable bedrooms, plenty of common areas and TV’s. The pool is an added bonus with plenty of pool floats and lounge chairs. This is a great place and I will definitely book on my next trip to Tampa.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Joel was very attentive and responsive and he and the home were prepared for our arrival in a very welcoming way. Quiet street, lovely Bayshore area; plenty of parking and convenient location. IMHO, the pictures do not do justice to the excellent renovation work and thoughtfulness that obviously went into this property. Everyone in our relatively large group of 7 adults absolutely loved and throughly appreciated the comfy beds and couches, the spacious layout, the kitchen, the outdoor living spaces - everything! From morning coffee by the pool, afternoon games on the porch, to evening movie night - we enjoyed every moment & had a fabulous Christmas week here in this S. Tampa home. We would consider ourselves lucky to come back and stay at this property every year!!! :)
