SOUTH PACIFIC TOWNHOUSE- Walk to Gondola and Exquisite Mountain Views

Great location and nice house but several maintenance issues. We had malfunctioning dishwasher, the upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen, a running toilet and a definite smell of urine on a giant fake fur rug in the master bathroom (and telltale scratches on the bathroom door). Someone has clearly locked a dog or two in there instead of crating. We rolled up the rug on day one and stored it in the closet but didn’t report the dishwasher until a couple of days in after making sure it wasn’t user error. It was pretty intrusive and inconvenient when the repair guy showed up the morning we were checking out at 9am. I told him we were going to be out in an hour and suggested it could wait but he came right in to take up space in the kitchen while we were all there attempting to finish breakfast and coffee before we checked out. Overall we were happy with the rental but the maintenance and communication could certainly be better. Sending a repair person an hour before check out is not cool. Certainly the repair was not going to benefit our stay and only caused disruption and intrusion at a time when we were all there and needed to use the space.

We loved our stay at this property in Telluride. The house was very well equipped, comfortable & in a wonderful location just a few minutes from the main street, hiking trails & gondola. It was perfect for our visit.

Great house for group of friends.

We had a great 6 days in Telluride. The townhome is in a perfect location to everything and accommodated our small group due to its smart layout. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds/furniture were very comfortable. Great vacation rental!

Been coming to T-ride for 35 years, and this was the most relaxing, easy-posh, perfectly located stay! Parking out front, easy walk to all that matters. Really great host, service, responsiveness, and communication. A+

Good location for the Jazz Festival. Nice kitchen. Comfortable space. Only * would be the third bedroom with two twins instead of a queen, but completely understand why.

This property is in the most perfect location. Rode. The gondola daily went for hikes from the property, walked all over town from the property. It was great.

This house was spacious for our group of 5 and very well located. The house has a nice cross breeze in the summer and the basement rooms stay cool. Really enjoyed the 2 porches and the upstairs suite is very spacious and has a great bathroom. My grown kids enjoyed having separate bathrooms downstairs. Be sure to lock your trash, bears seem to love to visit this street each night. Only negative was the driveway parking which was really too small for 2 cars. Also the units across the street constantly park in the alley and blocked us in. Finally gave up and parked on the street somewhere else. Would definitely return though.
