South Mountain-view home with private pool & Ping-Pong - near hiking trails

Beautiful property inside and out. The only drawback is lack of local help. We had two issues that we had to resolve ourselves because even though Vacasa requested local help to contact us, they never did.

The property is conveniently located and has easy access to restaurants and hiking. The pool is nice, even with the heater was too cold to enjoy. The house is spacious and perfect for a long, relaxing weekend.

Perfect place for golf outing stay. Near The Raven, Legacy and others in the southern part of Phoenix. Very comfortable, clean, and priced right.

Very clean home! Our feet and socks were not left black and dirty walking around. Loved the toiletries and kitchen soap and sponge and laundry pods and dryer sheets!! Little things like that help when having a toddler!! Beds are super comfortable!!

The floorplan of this home is perfect for our family with two bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with queen beds. Two great areas for watching TV and entertainment, and a great kitchen. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and greatly appreciated the updated kitchen and dual ovens. The backyard is excellent for entertaining, and while we did not use the pool, it would be a wonderful place to play.

This house is beautiful. However, in the description it states it has a heated pool. But it doesnt visibly or clearly state that it costs $85.00 per night extra to heat the pool. I had to dig to find that information after checking into the house and finding a freezing pool. They need to put that information under the description. When I called to get the pool heated, they stated it takes 3 days to fully heat the pool. The management did nothing to help resolve the issue. We also called after being on delayed flights all night to cancel night one, they refused because of the cancellation policy. Even though we only booked 4 days before the trip. We did not feel like they cared to do anything to help us at all. Its just al about the money for the management company. My 6 friends and I will all avoid this company when booking in the future.

This house is excellent! The back yard is an oasis and the fact that the house backs up TO South Mountain and not other homes is so nice. The pool, home layout, large rooms, awesome bed layouts, and even the towels are all luxury level. Not to mention the greatest shower head ever in the master suite. We’d stay here every time we come to PHX! Great neighborhood and incredibly convenient to downtown, the airport, golf, etc.
