The property was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio as well as relaxing inside with the fireplace.Carolina provided us with several suggestions for restaurants and hikes in the area, which were very helpful.We hope to stay here again. Our son and family live close by and we really like the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix.

This property is old and tired. Weeds all over front yard and pool area. Pool lights did not work, waterfall into pool did not work. Furniture old, worn,& uncomfortable. Living room rug soiled with stains. Master shower is old and uncomfortable. Kitchen oven and barbecue were dirty upon arrival. Had to call host for electrician to fix porch lights. Property needs serous updates and repairs to make enjoyable.

Everything about this place was amazing; the host, the instructions to get in and run the place, the beautiful property, location and price. we loved the location with so many trails and such a peaceful nature sanctuary! It was perfect for our dogs too! We’ll definitely book this place again.

Had a great stay at South Mountain Sanctuary. Communication with host was good. Answered our question right right away. Backyard with pool was great.

The house is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Trails were so close & nice for a morning hike in the foothills. The pool was lovely and the grill in good condition for a bbq. The host was very responsive, providing good suggestions for things to do in the area. We will rent again when visiting our family in Phoenix. Thank you!!

This is a well equipped home, with a comfortable floor plan and adequate amenities. Remarkably quiet for being not so far from the highway. A 3 ring binder with general instructions for how the house works, and for check out procedures would be helpful.

This was our third year staying at this property. We find it to be a perfect place for a gettaway from the midwest. It is very peaceful and quiet. Carolina is a very respectful and responsive host.

We stayed here to meet other family in ahwatukee for our parents’ celebration of life. This was a very comfortable home and hanging out by the pool watching the birds in the desert was really nice. It would be great to have had all the home instructions and check out procedure in a binder/folder in the home rather than just emails. But, tons of great info re: hikes, restaurants, etc in Carolina’s emails.

Carolina is the perfect hostess. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly. We love the foothills. This home is wonderful and the backyard, pool and view are so relaxing.

Cute and very clean. Several small but a bit irritating items. We couldn't cool off the house but it was cool outside so just opened the back door. ( Better instructions?) Dishwasher turns on (power) but the pump doesn't work and may have been that way for awhile. Need to replace the remote batteries for the TV, primary bedroom and other ceiling fans. Could only turn them on at high speed. I can see you are updating some things so take a look at paint on the bottom of cabinets and trim where it has been cleaned so well it took the paint off. Lovely new refrigerator. Liked having a garage door opener to use. Had a wonderful week-long stay. Would rent again with another couple possibly. Suzanne
