I love this little house! It is so cute and so close to UCA. I like it for get aways and seeing family. It is always clean and a great place to stay.

Had the pleasure of staying at South House on a college visit with my son. The home has been beautifully updated with such cute touches that make it feel warm and inviting. From the stylish décor to the modern amenities, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.Not only was the space charming, but it was also impeccably clean. Additionally, the hosts were fantastic to communicate with. They were responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.Overall, I highly recommend South House!

This house was immaculate! We stayed a long weekend to visit our college son and the house was sooo comfortable and had everything that we needed. The property was very thoughtfully decorated and supplied providing all the comforts of home. Would love to stay again!

South House is a gem. It is beautifully decorated throughout, with up-to-date kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer. The HVAC was excellent (and it was quite hot in Conway while we were there.) All beds were comfortable, with high quality linens. The owners put a lot of thought into the small things that might make a difference in traveling: notepads, pens, pencils, scissors, snacks, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. It was immaculate and suited the 5 of us perfectly. Also a great location. We highly recommend this vrbo! The Nixon family

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. This house is extremely convenient to the ballpark. It is a short walk to Conway Station and to UCA if you are in town for a game. The house was immaculate, well decorated, well stocked, and most importantly comfortable! The host had nice touches like snacks and local coffee. The beds were very comfortable. I’ve stayed at numerous rentals and this is one of the few times the house was even better than the pictures. They paid attention to all the little details. There is also a nice outside patio to relax. Cannot recommend enough and I am sure we will be back for another event!
