South Hills Rose house

The property was great. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were updated and nice. We had everthing we needed and were very comfortable.It was in a great location near grocery. The host was friendly and available if we needed anything. There was laundry on the property. The property worked very well for us and we would be willing to stay there again in the future.

Great location and perfect for the volleyball tournament at the University of Oregon. The house was clean, safe, and very comfortable. It’s close to Safeway and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Perfect for me and two grand daughters. Close to the store, playground, and running trails. House was clean and comfy. Just responded quickly. Cooked in the kitchen most days. Will stay again!

My brother, his wife, and I stayed here while visiting our oldest sister in a nearby retirement home. We spent our days with her, but it was a comfortable place to spend our mornings and evenings. It was very clean and well-supplied with everything we needed. Though we didn't use it, it has a nice back patio, too. It was close to downtown and easy to get to. The driveway is very steep but that really wasn't an issue for us even in our 70's. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Family of 4, we came down from Portland for the Eugene Marathon weekend. Chose this place seeking some place reasonably priced, and reasonably close-ish to Hayward Field.

Decent property, convenient location. Owner was very responsive. Feels like it needs a little updating. Also, a few issues, including running out of hot water too quickly, inability to use the hairdryer because the breaker kept tripping, dirty sponges in the sink and cigarette ashes in the garbage.

I rented it for 4 adults. Due to a mix-up I ended up staying there alone. Felt safe and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV, but only spent 5 minutes trying. Has 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed, 2 sofas.

We didn't need much as we wanted to see a Ducks game and what Oregon had to offer. The place met all of our needs

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, everything worked, and plenty of basic items provided (soap, TP, even coffee). Would stay again.

When i attempted to connect to the info on the VRBO i requently failed and got a message that said, Sorry somethingwent wrong on our part.... Otherwise the place itself was fine

This was a great place. We had my mom staying with us so the bedroom with the halfbath and attached little office/tv area was perfect for her. Sort of gave her own space. Thank you Juan

Clean with everything you need. A cozy secluded feeling because of gardens even though it’s in a residential neighborhood.
