A freshly updated three bedroom home nestled into the side of the south hills of Eugene. Surrounded by mature gorgeous plants and a wonderful view. this is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The hiking trail of Spencer Butte and parts of the Ridgeline trail are just a few blocks away. Bus lines, grocery stores , and 2 restaurants are a easy walk from the front door. The University of Oregon, Hayward field and Autzen stadium are an easy drive but you will be well away from the commotion.

Stayed Jun 9, 2026Very clean — surprisingly spacious house. Quiet neighborhood and quick drive to everything. Just a five minute walk to Safeway which was handy!

Stayed Sep 2, 2021The property was great. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were updated and nice. We had everthing we needed and were very comfortable.It was in a great location near grocery. The host was friendly and available if we needed anything. There was laundry on the property. The property worked very well for us and we would be willing to stay there again in the future.

Stayed May 27, 2026The house is older as is a lot of Eugene. It was late and dark when I got there. But it turned out to be very good. Beautiful roses and other plants. House had all the basics and was very easy to stay at. Safeway supermarket 2 blocks away. Right off the main street. Good value for the price.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026Great location and perfect for the volleyball tournament at the University of Oregon. The house was clean, safe, and very comfortable. It’s close to Safeway and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025My brother, his wife, and I stayed here while visiting our oldest sister in a nearby retirement home. We spent our days with her, but it was a comfortable place to spend our mornings and evenings. It was very clean and well-supplied with everything we needed. Though we didn't use it, it has a nice back patio, too. It was close to downtown and easy to get to. The driveway is very steep but that really wasn't an issue for us even in our 70's. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Decent property, convenient location. Owner was very responsive. Feels like it needs a little updating. Also, a few issues, including running out of hot water too quickly, inability to use the hairdryer because the breaker kept tripping, dirty sponges in the sink and cigarette ashes in the garbage.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025I rented it for 4 adults. Due to a mix-up I ended up staying there alone. Felt safe and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV, but only spent 5 minutes trying. Has 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed, 2 sofas.
