Stayed Feb 3, 2025House is really nice, clean and comfy. Has everything you’d need. House is like brand new. Nice decor, very comfy beds. I only have one suggestion for the owner. The house has 2 very nice, big, tvs. But there is no cable. I was there a whole month and I couldn’t watch the major networks. That is my only complaint.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Fantastic! The home is beautiful. It's clearly new, and the beds and couches are very comfortable. The kitchen was AMAZING. It's well stocked with everything you'll need, and then some! I appreciate the coffee and tea, and I love the containers of Olive Oil and Canola Oil by the stove, as well as the salt and pepper grinders...and the grill. We grill year round, and it was so wonderful to be able to use a grill outdoors.The seating on the lanai is very comfortable, too.There are ample beach towels and bath towels. The little touches that make a big difference, like USB/power blocks on each bedside, are all through this home. This home is so clean and bright and beautiful. They thought of everything.Location wise, I am very happy with this home! Bike trails are everywhere, and you can ride out the front door of the house to the Cape Haze Rail Trailhead 3 miles from the house. Grocery stores are conveniently located. It's a quick drive to Boca Grande and Gasparilla State Park, and if you're up to it, you can make that trip on your bicycle!The property manager was extremely responsive and attentive to us. Overall it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend.Bring your bikes and enjoy!

Stayed Apr 14, 2024When you stay at this property expect everything to be new and clean. It turned out to be more than I expected with all the included amenities. The location is safe, well lit and the neighborhood is friendly. The property representative was cordial and accommodating. If your looking to get away from the hotel atmosphere and enjoy all the comforts of home, you won’t go wrong staying here.
