The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding, with a large TV for your entertainment. Each bedroom offers cozy sitting areas, ensuring you always have a spot to relax with your favorite beverage. One features a king sized bed, while the other has a queen. Outside, you'll find a secluded, fully fenced backyard, a deck, and a charcoal grill—an ideal space for privacy and tranquility.

Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

Smoking outside is permitted

A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

NO underage consumption or drugs.

NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the first and second floors of the home. Guests do not have access to the basement.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or gathering no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



Grill Use:

This property is equipped with a charcoal grill. Please note that guests will need to bring their own charcoal and grilling supplies. Happy grilling!



Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

    I was recovering from transplant surgery and need to be in Cleveland for about 6 weeks after discharge from the hospital. Everything was top notch with all of the amenities included, including stuff for my dog that stayed with me part of the time. Having the whole house was great and nice new TV's and kitchen with laundry. The communication with the host was instantaneous with issues I had regarding the Internet and TV. Everything should be set up and fixed now without issue.The only thing to consider here is that the one bathroom is upstairs. If stairs are an issue, just be aware of that.Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

    House was very nice and in a great neighborhood. Close to shopping and Cleveland Clinic. My husband ended up with some setbacks and luckily I was able to stay there longer. Host worked with me and made everything super easy.
