South Bend Home 10 Minutes from Notre Dame

Great communication with host, clean house, good amentities. Easy access, parking, and location.

The internet did not work. The internet access and password were different from those provided. We were unable to watch TV day one. On the second night we were able to gain access but not able to watch football and had to sign into our private accounts. It was very dissapointing.

If you are looking for a great place to stay for a Notre Dame event, I recommend this one. Close enough but not tooooo close to campus (as advertised!), clean, comfortable, looks recently renovated, easy off street parking - a home run, as we decided. Gavin was very easy to communicate with and we had zero issues. Good for a family or for a group heading to an ND game!

House was clean and check in was very easy. House is located on very busy corner with two gas stations so a little loud. I would say is a 15-20 min drive to ND. Not 10 min. But still close enough.

We had a great time. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had more thsn enough linens for 6 adults for the whole weekend. Would highly recommend.

Everything was clean and supplied well. Great location for getting around.

This small house had plenty of bedrooms and beds, nice finishes, and friendly, prompt communications with the owner. It was pretty much perfect for our needs.The biggest drawback was the location, which is on a pretty major roadway and surrounded by gas stations and other businesses so it's not the most private or serene location. (I took advantage of this to get an oil change at the auto shop next door!)If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may need to bring extra pots and pans, cutting boards, serving dishes/bowls, and baking sheets as those were in short supply. There were various spices in the cabinet and the stove and oven worked great.Overall: Excellent value for a vernice place

The place was very beautiful and clean. Whenever we had a questions they answered quickly and resolved any issues we had. Great stay

It was very clean inside and in a great location.

Our 15 year old grandson was not happy that there were not tvs in the bedrooms, but that was the only complaint. We were fine with the large tv in the living room. Overall we all were very happy with our stay.
