South Austin Charmer with Backyard Oasis

Very cute and clean, only issue was parts of the property needed maintenance .

The house is fantastic!. This is the message I got from my husband when he arrived. The floors were clean which was great for our babies. There were cleaning supplies so we could keep it clean too. One of the bedrooms had a dark shade which was perfect for the toddler. The master suite was spacious and the pool ( with gate) was crystal clear. I loved that there was also a washer and dryer. We had a great time

Great house and location. Would stay again.

The house perfectly accommodated us for what we needed. It was comfortable and we all slept well. I can't remember if there was any mention of the pool not being heated, but it is not. It was fine though, because I needed a real cool off at the end of a hot day!

We rented this house mainly for the location and the pool, but sadly we didn’t get to use it because it hadn’t been cleaned and was green with algae. It took 3 days to be able to use it but by the last day it was too cold. The owner immediately had the pool cleaned but it was just too late for us to use. He did refund $150 which made it a little better! Also there’s no door on the bathroom in master suite!? There also weren’t any washcloths so the owner had some shipped from Amazon the second day. We actually found some that had fallen to the side of the dryer a couple of days later. My biggest concern was not getting to use the deck because of bird droppings and it was very sticky from the trees overhead. Beds were comfortable but only had sheets and heavy comforters. Need lighter blankets for summer.

Was in town for the weekend & the house was perfect for us, our kid loved the pool & neighborhood was quiet & close

Came here for a quiet bachelorette party with my friends. We were so comfortable the entire time, the house was beautifully decorated and Ben was communicative as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Thanks Ben!

Overall our stay was comfortable. The home is rather worn and been clearly well used. Most importantly the AC worked and the beds were quite comfortable. Being a bit of a clean freak I believe it could've been better cleaned but was overall happy with our stay. Ben was a great host and very responsive.

My family came into town for my wedding and this was the perfect house! The location is so central to all areas in Austin, the rooms are wonderful, and the backyard with the pool is perfect. Communicating with the host was easy, with timely responses and flexibility with requests. We might even do a staycation here some day!
