In addition, the lower level of the home offers a queen bedroom and bedroom with 2 singles that share use of a common full bath. The mid-level of the home features two master bedrooms (king, queen) each with a private full bath. The king master bath has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. Another queen bedroom and bedroom with 2 singles share a common full bath. A half bath greets you on the landing as you step up to the top level of the home to find the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings. Relax in front of the large flat screen TV while the chef in the family cooks up the evening's meal in the kitchen. A breakfast bar provides additional seating while the adjacent dining area seats the group. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
