The cargo lift makes move-in day a breeze, letting you head straight to the ground level hangout. Here, you’ll find a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade game console, and PlayStation®, as well as a wet bar for easy snacking and cool refreshments while the competition is hot. For a more soothing pace, step into the cool screened-in porch to unwind in the 6-person hot tub.

The middle level features a cozy den, perfect for quiet morning coffee with a beach read or board games after an afternoon in the sun. Rest comes easy in the well-appointed bedrooms, including a queen with attached bathroom, plus a king bedroom and pyramid bunk room that share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom, a king master, is located on the top level. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
