Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place is really nestled in the trees and it’s your own paradise. The house is clean and cozy and feels like a home. The sunsets ? were incredible and mornings were perfect at the top with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. We loved our time there and can’t wait to go back next year in 2025! You can tell the owner just recently put in new carpet throughout all the bedrooms in the house and also new Luxury Vinyl Planking as well. 5 STAR on everything and OBX will always have a special place in our hearts! Stayed Apr 21, 2022The house I have to admit was great. The cleaning was not up to par. Trash under the beds Gum on the wall, Microwave handle was broken, hair in the bathtub and hair in the beds. I gave it a 3 because the house is amazing. The cleaning was not up to par and therefore things were visibly dirty. The home has a lot of dishes, pots and pans. No need to bring your own. The pantry is stocked with your spices, and the left a few items to wash dishes. Now if you ask if I would stay again. Yes. Vacasa just need to ensure the cleaning team actually clean the home and not a half job.

Stayed Apr 17, 2022Overall we enjoyed staying at this property. We were having issues with Microwave - The door were not properly closing and you need to hold until you want to warm or cook anything. The pool table were very dirty and not brushed. We couldn’t find any brush to clean the surface of the pool table and end up playing what had. Swiming pool is shown bigger in the photo but actually it’s not that big. Probably 4-5 max can accommodate.
