The Basics
Our home sleeps up to 5 guests — please keep overnight stays to those listed on your reservation.
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so we ask that all gatherings stay small and noise stays inside after 10pm. No parties, please.
The home is fully non-smoking, inside and out.
We love pets but our home is best suited for small, hypoallergenic dogs under 20lbs. Just send us a quick message before booking and we'll get you approved.
Parking
Miralon doesn't permit overnight street parking, so we've got you covered with a private garage (fits 1 car) plus driveway space. Garage first, then driveway.
Palm Springs Paperwork (the quick part)
The City of Palm Springs requires a short lease agreement and a Good Neighbor acknowledgment from all adult guests. We'll email everything over after you book — just sign and send it back before check-in and you're set.
A Few Other Things
The home is for vacation or remote-work stays (no commercial use or events without our okay).
For everyone's security, we have cameras at the front entry and side gate only — never inside the home or backyard.
Staying a month or more We'll include a complimentary cleaning every two weeks.
Please be kind to our neighbors — they're wonderful, and they make this neighborhood what it is.
If Things Go Sideways
We rarely have issues, but to be straightforward: if the City contacts us about a noise or disturbance complaint, if there's an unapproved pet, or if house rules are broken, we may need to end the stay early without a refund, and any city-issued fines would be the guest's responsibility.
