    The house smelled like mold or like wetness as soon as you open the door. The smell did not go away.There wasn’t any detergent (just empty detergent bottles on top of the laundry closet) , there wasn’t sponge for the dishes, the grill didn’t have any gas and the description said there was, there wasn’t enough towels. The bed sheets made our skin really itchy. We also didn’t like how the guy that cleans the pool went really early the day we were checking out. Our check out time was at 10 and the guy that cleans the pool was already cleaning the pool like at 8:30. He didn’t even announce himself or gave us an explanation of who he was and what he was going to do.

    VRBO is acceptable.The positives:The pool is enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-maintained.The beds are comfortable.Areas for improvement:The living areas require flooring repairs, as there is damaged flooring and soft spots in the subfloor throughout the dining, kitchen, and hallway areas.The return air vents and bathroom exhaust fans need cleaning. The furnace filter requires replacement.For a group of 10 over a four-day stay, amenities included two kitchen trash bags and one trash bag for each bathroom. However, there were no trash bins or bags provided for bedrooms. Supplies consisted of a total of 4.5 rolls of toilet paper, one low-quality roll of paper towels, no dishcloths for the kitchen, and two kitchen towels. There was no means to clean up spills or messes without using bath or kitchen towels, as there was no mop, bucket, or similar cleaning supplies. An iron and ironing board were not available, though a small steamer was present. A low-quality hair dryer was provided. The kitchen lacked hot pads, and the pots and pans were insufficient for cooking for ten people. Additionally, the bath amenities—soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap—were only about one-third full upon arrival. Only a small bottle of dishwashing detergent and two laundry detergent pods were provided. Many of the cabinets throughout the home were empty.We had to purchase additional supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, light bulbs, dish soap, and trash bags dur

    The house was wonderful and worked well for our family. It was super clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable (beds) with everything we needed. Loved all the patio spaces as well. The kids loved the pool and the location was great and was walkable for many attractions, restaurants, Dollar General, and souvenir shops. Great communication from the manager and it was super easy to park and access the house.Notes: While there were plenty of bathrooms, two of them are attached to a bedroom. Just something the be aware of depending on your family dynamic. Stairs are a little uneven throughout, so be careful there.

    We had a great time staying here, it accommodated all of my friends and family nicely. The only issue we ran in to was the WiFi , which was inconvenient for my MIL trying to do school work and the boys trying to play video games. Other than that this is a great location and house we’d definitely stay here again!

    This home is perfect for a large family. Has 5 bedrooms and 3 restrooms.Beds are very comfortable.Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Has 2 great decks. Good view of the bay or over the pool. They have a great amount of starter supplies for your vacation. They are still working on the outside patio/garage area and it’s not fenced in. Just in case you’re thinking of bringing your pets.

    We had such a relaxing stay at this beautiful house. It was very homey and it wasn’t a busy street. The pool was wonderful and the new balcony with stairs to the backyard was very nice. All the rooms were cozy and we hope to stay again in this house in the future!!

    This was the perfect house for our family of 10. The beds were comfy and the pillows were soft. Only a few very small problems we had. The televisions in the bedrooms were all on the side wall of the bed. It made it very hard to watch tv at night without hurting your neck. We needed more plates and silverware for our big family of 10. The ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom did not work. We had to go buy toilet paper on the second day because they didnt have any extra rolls lying around. Im also a fan of blackout curtains to help keep the light out. The rooms were sooo bright at night, it made it hard to sleep. The garage door didn't have a way to close when we left unless we got out of the car and walked back around to hit the button then walked back to the car. All very small inconveniences. We still had the best time a d the kids LOVED the pool.
