Stayed Jul 20, 2025My family stayed at this beautiful home on the water for a week. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, and they had anything you could need in the kitchen. We also really enjoyed fishing on the dock. Beach access is directly across the street and was very convenient. The owner was very quick to reply. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Stayed Jun 16, 2025We had a fabulous stay at Sonny Seas. The home was large, with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals. The porches were great for visiting, and sitting out on the dock was our favorite thing. David was easily accessible via the message system on VRBO and he answered quickly any time we had to reach out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This house was in a great location. You have the bay on one side and the beach on the other. Very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. This was the type house you can pack a bag and nothing else. There were plenty of chairs, toys, wagons, baby items so no need to bring yours from home. The kitchen was great with all appliances, an ice maker and wonderful island for guests to gather around. David was very attentive and would definitely book with him again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Plenty of room for everyone, living area great place to hangout, view of lagoon was great! Enjoyed fishing off the dock. And beach was short walk with access right across street!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We truly enjoyed our stay. The slider doors in 3 rooms were our favorite part bc it rained a bit but we could still enjoy the view and relaxation. the chairs on the dock were put to good use for evening sunset and the owners were lovely. We will be back. thank you for having us.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024It was a large open floor plan home. Looked exactly as the pictures. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. We could choose to crossthe street to the beach or go out the back door to the logoon. We enjoyed both. Everyone had a great time. David was super responsive. Thank you for a great family vcation spot!!
