Song By the Sea - Steps to the Beach, Gated, Sleeps 14!

House was perfect! Steps from the beach, sufficient parking, clean house, plenty of space, quiet neighborhood, easy access to everything. Communication before and during stay was incredible. Any and all questions answered very quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Just what we were looking for. Minutes from the beach, and a little pool area outside our door for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked as noted. Plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 adults and three kids ages 9-12-13 enjoyed the beautiful spacious home with plenty of room for everyone! Very clean and comfortable. Minutes away from the powdery white sandy beach. There are many beach toys and a beach wagon in the garage. There are two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach reserved for you. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented right in the beach if needed. The Gulf waters were quite chilly in early April and the heated splash pool provided many hours of fun and relaxation! Well worth the extra charge! Note that the golf cart cannot be taken off the property so it cannot be used to drive the short distance to the Winn Dixie or Beach shops in the vicinity. Ample towels and washcloths available. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Clothes dryer broke and management responded immediately and quickly resolved. Highly recommend this lovely house centrally located within a safe, quiet, gated community.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was so easy and accommodating! The home was in a nice quiet area close to lots of shopping centers. The beach is less than a minute’s walk. Would definitely recommend.

Our family enjoyed everything about this property. The beach access was mins from our front door. Most definitely will book this rental again.

Great place, great location. We had good time. One thing they can improve on is on their starter kit including bath accessories, kitchen accessories, even dish washing liquid, etc. especially if folks are staying for 3-4 days. Our starter kit was done in a day, and they should include more quantities in there.

This property is simply outstanding! Everything was very clean and classy. The pool is heated and very comfortable. The beach is a very short walk from the front door. They even have a golf cart available for rent. You can't go wrong with this property.

Working with Cathrine of Warran Beach Rental was great. This house (Song by the Sea) was FANTASTIC! Only steps from the beautiful private beach - grocery store across the street and restaurants within 5 mins. Plenty of towels, TVs and a private pool was great for our toddlers. We also used the grill a couple of times that served us well. No traffic, but first week of September probably helps with that. Unit was very clean, roomy and private. There were 5 adults and two toddlers in our family gathering. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it too.

Everything was wonderful with this beautiful rental home! From check in to check out. The house has really nice appliances, soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels , just lots of little things that was so nice to have there at the house. The pool was such an added plus. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach and back at anytime! Took a wagon, but we were so close, we didn’t use it! Having the golf cart made it extra fun and easy to drive across the street to grab some groceries or out to eat (We love shopping at Alvin’s)

Place was clean and easy access to the beach Met all our expectations

We absolutely loved the beach house. And it was so close to the beach which was even more wonderful. Lots of room and the king bed that my husband and I had was very comfortable. We all loved it so much. Would love to stay there again if possible. Thank you again

This was the perfect house for our small group of friends to celebrate the soon to be bride. Super quick and easy access to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very accommodating and gracious as we had all traveled in bad weather. Once we got there, we were allied to enter the property early due to the weather. The home was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We were literally steps away from the beach. I reached out to the owner and he would get right back with me. This is the 3rd house we have stayed at in this neighborhood and one of our favorites. We come with all adults and the house is very comfortable. Some beds were more comfortable than others and there was an issue with the internet service, but other than that-- our stay was perfect. The pool is a good size (especially for the neighborhood) and also has spa jets, if we stay again--might opt to upgrade to heat the pool. Shipwatch is a GREAT place to stay and this house checks all the boxes.

Song By The Sea was perfect location and the house was nice and very comfortable. Definitely will be back.
