Welcome to Sommersby Terrace, a contemporary four-level townhouse designed for comfortable inner-city living in vibrant Port Melbourne. Filled with natural light and offering multiple living zones, private balconies and city views, this spacious home is ideal for families, groups or business travellers looking to stay close to Melbourne’s CBD.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four levels. The ground floor includes secure double garage parking, a queen bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The first floor features the light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto a private balcony. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional queen bedrooms, including the master with ensuite, a central bathroom and a dedicated study nook perfect for working from home. The top floor offers an additional retreat space with a sofa bed and access to a second balcony with elevated city views.

All bedrooms include split system heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
