Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment is situated only 100 metresfrom the beach, and includes both bay and city glimpses from the balcony.

Whether attending one of Melbourne's many sporting events, exploring the many hidden laneways, or just soaking up the cultural diversity, you can relax knowing your beachside escape is just a 9 minute tram ride from the city.

The property includes a kitchen stocked with new appliances, cooking amenities, pantry staples, and loads of herbs and spices, complemented by a balcony green wall offering a selection of herbs to garnish your dishes and cocktails.

Being Melbourne, we've also included a coffee station for those times you just want to stay in and enjoy your morning or late night coffee fix.

Both bedrooms include queen size beds, built-in robes, and a smart tv, and for those who need a desk space, a separate study nook is located off the main hallway.

The apartment is set up for 4 people, however if you wish to add an extra person or include a child, please contact us to discuss options.

Guests have full access to the apartment and building common areas, including a rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the city of Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay.
