Stayed Aug 12, 2023Overall the house was nice, close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Needs a little updating. Plenty of room for everyone. Please make a binder with information of how to work the TV especially the living room. I had to call the realty company and it was 2 days before they came. I don’t want to sit in a bedroom to watch TV on vacation. I had several people with me that are used to today’s technology and they couldn’t figure it out. The pool was fabulous-best part of the whole trip was pool time. The beach was very hot but the pool had a wonderful breeze all the time. I don’t know that I would rent a beach house again-just too expensive for 1 week.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The property is in a good location. It is a very quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. It is also a short driving distance to the grocery store, shops, and activities. The property itself though is very outdated and needs renovations. The decor, appliances, and furniture are in need of an update. The kitchen is very small for the amount of people that can stay in the house. We were also disappointed with the lack of paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags that were provided for 10 people to stay a week at the beach. The landscaping and outside of the house also was less maintained compared to other others nearby. The bedrooms and bathrooms were freshly cleaned when we arrived, but other areas had not been cleaned for awhile. (blinds, baseboards, coffee tables, etc) The pool and hot tub area are also in need of some updates.
