The Space:

Downstairs, relax in a beautiful living room with a TV, perfect for unwinding. The formal dining area seats 8, while the open gourmet kitchen offers a countertop for 4 more. On the first floor, enjoy a cozy queen bedroom next to a shared bathroom with a shower.



Upstairs, you’ll find two master bedrooms—one with a queen bed and two twin beds, and the other with a queen bed—plus two bedrooms, one of them with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, sharing a full bathroom with a shower. The spacious family room with TV and a convenient laundry area complete the upper level.



Step outside to your private oasis: a refreshing pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, BBQ, patio lounge, and a half bath for outdoor comfort.



Enjoy Roku TVs in every bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh towels and linens (including pool towels), and a full-size washer and dryer. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

Please note the parking guidelines: Park in designated spaces only, either in the driveway or on the street. Towing is strictly enforced, so please refrain from parking on grass or in yards.

By law, if you do not comply with this rule, we will have the right to evict you without any right of compensation, and you would be at risk of being reported to the police at any time by the neighbors or the HOA. Only guests who have been registered can stay on the property.

The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation in a tropical storm warning/hurricane , area, we will reimburse: any unused use part of the rent of a current guest; Any portion of unused rental of a guest who is scheduled to arrive or who would like to shorten his stay or would like to enter after the hurricane warning is lifted; and any anticipated rentals collected or deposited for a reserve that arrives during the hurricane warning period.
