A car is highly recommended, as public transportation in the area is limited.

Free on-site parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

Rideshare Services:
Uber and Lyft are available but can be limited, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons.

Local Exploration:
The community is walkable, and bikes are a great way to explore nearby lakes, trails, and amenities. We provide 2 bikes for guest use during your stay.

️ Arrowhead Lake Private Community Access & Registration

Our home is located inside the gated Arrowhead Lake community, offering access to private lakes, sandy beaches, seasonal heated pools, a clubhouse, playgrounds, and 24/7 security.

The HOA requires guest registration and amenity fees for all stays. We handle the registration for you and will send a payment request through Airbnb 3 days prior to arrival. A receipt is always provided.

Mandatory HOA Fees

In-Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
• $8.50 per person (age 6+) per night
• $20 per vehicle
• $20 admin fee

Off-Season (Labor Day – Memorial Day):
• $2.00 per person (age 6+) per night
• $20 per vehicle
• $20 admin fee

• One-time community transaction fee: $35

These fees grant access to all community amenities.

⚠️ Important Registration Policies
• Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival (no exceptions)
• Guest list changes must be made 24+ hours before check-in
• No same-day bookings permitted
• Late registration fee: $100
• Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay

Guests are responsible for any HOA fines issued during their stay.

Kayaks & Paddleboard
Complimentary 3 kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guest use. A liability agreement must be signed prior to arrival.

Pet Policy
• Up to 2 dogs – $125 flat fee
• 3rd dog may be approved for an additional $125
• Pets must be house-trained and crated if left unattended. One large crate provided.

Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

If you prefer the refundable deposit, just send us a message after booking and we’ll take care of it.
